ADULT DAY SERVICES

Facility Based

  • Work training through sub-contracting with industry

  • Includes assembly work, mass mailing, and shrink-wrapping

Community Based

  • Provides access to and inclusion in community life that is desired by the general population

  • Inclusion will result in a better qualify of life and more dignity for people with disabilities

Supportive Employment

Provides job training and placement for the most severely disabled individuals who have been determined as job ready due to their skills as well as their ability to adjust socially into the competitive work environment.

Work Adjustment

  • This service is for individuals who are sixteen years of age or older and qualify under guidelines established by the Division of Rehabilitation Services and for those individuals who have developed a disability or illness and are attempting to re-enter the work force. 

  • Prospect provides intense work training before entering the work force.

These services are offered in Wilson, Smith and Dekalb counties.
