Prospect’s residential program is available in Wilson, Smith and Dekalb Counties and provides safe, and comfortable homes for individuals with intellectual disabilities.  Residents attend the Adult Day Services program and/or participate in employment opportunities.  

This program has 3 parts:

Supportive Living

• Supported Living is a type of residential service that encourages work on personal goals and independent living skills in a Supported Living home.
• Supportive Living staff assist as needed with activities of daily living; household chores, budget management, meeting health care needs, attending appointments, and building social/community activities.
