Employee of the Month
Pete is committed to Prospect’s Mission of promoting independence. He achieves this by working one to one with each of the adults he supports. He continually offers support while encouraging them to learn and grow by having hands on experience. He is a strong advocate for the rights of adults with disabilities. He works hard to ensure their quality of life is improved in all aspects. Pete also trains new staff and makes sure they understand.

Prospect, Inc. congratulates Stanley H. as the 2009 SONIC Employee of the Year. Stanley has participated in several Prospect programs since the 1980s. He has enjoyed many of the opportunities the Day and Residential Services provide for 30 years. Prospect Supported Employment provided Stanley the opportunity to apply for a part-time crew position at SONIC in 2004. Stanley was hired, and with his job coach has been a valuable crew member for over 5 years.
On December 1, Stanley received the recognition of SONIC Employee of the Year. His crew members surprised him with a special celebration. Prospect Supported Employment provided Stanley the opportunity. Stanley brought his SMILE, enthusiasm and commitment to work every day. This winning combination helped Stanley achieve this special honor. Great JOB, Stanley! |
