Employee of the Month

Shani Westmoreland has been selected as the employee of the month for January 2010.  Shani has been employed at Prospect since January 2009 where she has been a DSP in the Aging and Disabilities program.
Shani’s compassion for improving the quality of day to day living is recognized by service recipients, their families, case mangers, other agencies, as well as her fellow co-workers.  Congratulations Shani!

Supported Employment WORKS!

Prospect, Inc. congratulates Stanley H. as the 2009 SONIC Employee of the Year.  Stanley has participated in several Prospect programs since the 1980s.  He has enjoyed many of the opportunities the Day and Residential Services provide for 30 years.  Prospect Supported Employment provided Stanley the opportunity to apply for a part-time crew position at SONIC in 2004.  Stanley was hired, and with his job coach has been a valuable crew member for over 5 years. 

On December 1, Stanley received the recognition of SONIC Employee of the Year.  His crew members surprised him with a special celebration.  Prospect Supported Employment provided Stanley the opportunity. Stanley brought his SMILE, enthusiasm and commitment to work every day.  This winning combination helped Stanley achieve this special honor.  Great JOB, Stanley!
