Prospect, Inc. has been a provider of support services for over 40 years. We offers a variety of programs in 20 counties throughout Middle Tennessee. The main facility is located in Lebanon, with additional work centers/residential services in Smithville and Gordonsville. Prospect has program offices throughout Middle Tennessee, promoting personal independence to individuals from birth to senior adulthood.
